What we do
Hazel Tree Education is a specialist in education recruitment. We may be small, but we have an accomplished background in the recruitment of special educational needs support staff and teaching staff. Hazel Tree’s aim is to offer a bespoke service to nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, SEND specialist schools, independent schools, pupil referral units, and alternative provisions around the North West.
We offer a non-pressured approach when it comes to both clients and candidates.
Compliance
The safeguarding of children and young people is of paramount importance to us at Hazel Tree Education, and we are committed to ensuring that the children who attend the schools we work with are safe from harm, abuse and neglect.
We adhere to guidance outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2023, and all office staff are Safer Recruitment in Schools trained. All of our candidates have an up-to-date Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check on the Update Service, and are vetted through safer recruitment processes, leaving no stone unturned.
We also ensure that all of our staff supplied to schools, including non-teaching staff, have completed safeguarding training and read Part 1 of Keeping Children Safe in Education.
