Behaviour Mentor

Hazel Tree Education are supporting SEND schools and Alternative Provisions in Warrington in their search for a competent and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.

You will be supporting learners with an array of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, learning needs and challenging behaviour.

Applicants must:

  • Have SEND experience, specifically supporting learners with social, emotional and mental health needs including challenging behaviour
  • Be patient, calm and kind order to form positive, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Be flexible, adaptable to change and able to work on own initiative
  • Have a clear and current DBS on the Update Service or be willing to purchase one
