Drama Teacher

Hazel Tree Education is currently recruiting for a qualified Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school near Wigan on a full-time basis from September until Easter.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and engaging teacher to deliver Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes within a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
• Be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be committed to supporting students’ progress and achievement

The role:

• Full-time position
• September start
• Fixed-term placement for two terms until Easter
• Teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Drama

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Relevant teaching qualifications and recent classroom experience
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
