Due to increased demand, Hazel Tree Education is looking for qualified Primary School Teachers to support a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Leigh, Astley, Atherton, and Tyldesley.

We are recruiting teachers for:

  • Short-term supply roles
  • Long-term placements
  • Day-to-day flexible assignments
  • Immediate starts and September opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • A recognised teaching qualification from a UK university with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Teaching Experience
  • A resilient and pro-active nature
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A creative, inspirational approach to classroom practice
  • Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least two references including most recent/current employer.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A current enhanced DBS on the Update service or willing to obtain one
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and KCSIE
