14+ Learning support Assistant

Hazel Tree Education are supporting an alternative provision based in St Helens to support learning across a range of subjects at Key Stage 4.

The school supports learners with complex needs including ADHD, ASD, Physical Disabilities and students with SEMH needs They are an inclusive and innovative establishment, who cater for children and young people with an EHCP.

We are looking for strong, enthusiastic and dependable Learning Support Assistants, Teaching assistants or youth workers for full time and part time positions.

Monday- Friday 8:30-3:30

You will be responsible for supporting learners 1:1 or within small groups. Focusing on both academic, and pastoral tasks. It will be vital that you can build relationships with young people who are neurodiverse, as well as having the confidence to manage challenging behaviours.
