MFL Teacher required for September 2025!

Hazel Tree Education are working with mainstream mixed comprehensive school in the Warrington area.

We are looking for an MFL teacher, to fill a position on a long term Temporary basis with the possibility of going Temp-Perm for the right candidate.

As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver Spanish or French lessons (dependent on specialty) to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises learners achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for an MFL Teacher who wants to work within a school with high expectations for both learners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver an appropriately broad and balanced curriculum
• Monitor and Support overall progress and development of students
• Facilitate and encourage a learning experience
• Contribute to raising standards of student attainment
• Share and support schools responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth
• Teach students according to their educational needs
• Ensure a high quality learning experience
• Prepare and update subject materials
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the schools procedures
• Mark, grade and give written/ verbal feedback

The hours are 8:30-15:30, Monday to Friday

Must have:

• MFL PGCE with QTS
• Experience in Teaching Spanish or French
• A thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Ability to teach up to GCSE
• High organisational ability
• Excellent classroom and management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality
• Ability to develop effective working relationship with students
