Salary: Starting from £27,000+ (DOE) + Commission + Benefits + Annual Summer Bonus

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Warrington area. In this 360 role, you will build relationships with schools and candidates, manage the recruitment process and deliver outstanding service to ensure the perfect match. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in education recruitment and looking for their next career move to an agency that promotes integrity, values teamwork over competitiveness and doesn’t set unattainable targets or micro-manage.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and attract high-quality candidates (teachers, teaching assistants and support staff) through job boards, social media and networking

· Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to understand their staffing needs

· Screen, interview and match candidates to suitable roles

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including supporting our in-house compliance team and contract negotiations

· Achieve realistic set targets through pro-active business development

· Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

· Stay updated on education sector trends and compliance requirements (e.g. safeguarding)

What We’re Looking For

· Specific experience in education recruitment with a proven track record of success

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· A pro-active mindset with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own time effectively

· Strong knowledge of the education sector, namely knowledge of Warrington schools would be advantageous

· Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is preferred due to occasional client visits
